Incident Classification
Operational Protocol
Anyone โ individuals, organisations, researchers, or governments โ can submit an AI misuse incident. Each gets a unique KG-ID (e.g. KG-2026-00142).
Every submission is automatically assessed by Dragon โ categorised by type, severity, affected systems, and geographic scope. No human bias in initial triage.
CRITICAL and HIGH incidents trigger response protocols. Member organisations are notified. Regulatory bodies receive automated briefings. Response actions are tracked.
Patterns, threat actors, and affected AI systems feed into the global threat intelligence database โ accessible to all members and contributing to global AI policy.
Threat Taxonomy
8 categories covering the full spectrum of AI misuse โ from individual fraud to societal-scale threats.
